Reviewing and Accepting Estimates

When you request services, we'll send you a detailed estimate for your review and approval.

How to Review Your Estimate:

1. Log into your portal 
2. Go to "Estimates"
3. Click on the estimate to view details
4. Review:  - Scope of services  - Pricing breakdown - Timeline - Terms and conditions

Accepting an Estimate:

1. Click the "Accept" button at the bottom of the estimate
2. Add any comments or questions 
3. Click "Confirm"
4. You'll receive confirmation via email 

Need Changes? Before accepting, you can:

1. Request modifications
2. Ask questions
3. Discuss alternative options

What Happens Next? 

Once you accept an estimate: 

• We'll send you a formal contract (if applicable)
• Project start date will be confirmed
• You'll receive the first invoice 

Validity Period:

- Estimates are typically valid for 30 days. After this, prices may be subject to review.
