Payment Methods:
Bank Transfer (Preferred)
- Bank details are shown at the bottom of each invoice.
- Please include your invoice number in the transfer reference.
Online Payment
Some invoices include a "Pay Now" button for instant online payment via credit/debit card.
Payment Confirmation:
After making payment:
- Email the payment receipt to proposals@staavo.com
- Include your invoice number
- We'll update your account within 24-48 hours
Payment Terms:
- Standard: Net 30 days
- Early payment discounts may apply (check your invoice)
- Late payment may incur additional charges
