Invoice Components:
Header Information:
- Invoice number (for reference)
- Invoice date
- Due date
- Your company details
Itemized Services:
Each line item shows:
- Service description
- Quantity/hours
- Rate
- Subtotal
- VAT/Tax (in applicable countries)
Payment Terms:
- Standard payment terms are 50 % advance, and 50 % upon completion of task unless otherwise agreed.
- Total Amount Due: This includes all services and applicable VAT.
Viewing Your Invoices:
- Log into your portal
- Click "Invoices"
- Select any invoice to view details
- Download PDF copy for your records
