How to Request Changes:
Option 1: Through Your Portal
- Go to your project page
- Click "Comments" or "Discussions"
- Describe your change request in detail
- Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
Option 2: Email or WhatsApp
Send your request to proposals@staavo.com or WhatsApp +971 56 577 1209.
What to Include in Your Request:
- Clear description of the desired change
- Reason for the change
- Preferred timeline
- Any relevant reference materials
Important Notes:
- Minor clarifications are usually handled within the existing scope
- Significant changes may require a revised quote or timeline
- We'll discuss all implications before proceeding
- Change requests are processed during working hours (10 AM - 6 PM, Sunday to Friday)
- We aim to respond to all change requests within one business day
