Projects move through different stages from initiation to completion. Understanding these statuses helps you track progress.
Project Statuses Explained:
Not Started: Your project has been approved and scheduled but work hasn't begun yet. You'll receive a notification when we start.
In Progress: Active work is underway. You can view regular updates, milestones, and deliverables in your project dashboard.
On Hold: The project is temporarily paused, usually due to pending information or client request. We'll resume once ready.
Finished: All deliverables have been completed and approved. Final documentation is available in your portal.
Cancelled: The project has been discontinued. This rarely happens and is always discussed with you first.
Tracking Your Project:
- Log into your portal
- Click "Projects" from the main menu
- Select your project to view detailed progress, tasks, and files
